Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Accepted returns: Defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Size exchanges for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-accepted returns: Change of mind.
Buyer's remorse. Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging.
Cost of return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
Refund method: Original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item (3-5 business days to appear in your account).
Exchange method: Store credit for full product value, valid indefinitely, no expiry.
Condition of returned items: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with packing slip included.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives with a misprint, damage, or defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to report:

• We will review within 1-2 business days
• If approved: replacement at no cost, or full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days
Replacement fulfillment: 3-7 business days plus shipping time.

Once we receive your tracking number or returned item, we will issue store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping). Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime.

No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of
placing by emailing
support@fullsailmarine.co . After 12 hours, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate.
International Customers
Shipping and returns are available worldwide.
